How do I request to change my SAiL session?
The window to change SAiL sessions is now open.
The form is in PowerSchool.
Forms must be submitted by Thursday, April 27 to allow session leaders time to plan accordingly.
Final Session Rosters will be posted Friday, April 28.
Guidelines for SAiL Session Changes:
Session roster changes can only be made through SAiL (via the form in PowerSchool); session leaders and session advisors cannot make changes in their roster.
Priority is given to students who did not get into one of their top three session choices.
When a student requests to change sessions, priority will be given to open sessions they identified in their original top six choices. Only if all of their top six choices are full, will students be able to change into another open session.
Session changes will be handled on an individual basis; no pairs or groups of students can change together.
Students may not change sessions if the change negatively impacts other students in anyway. For example, if a session only has six participants and two students (independently) ask to leave that session, those students will not be granted a session change if the session can't run with only four participants.
